The Noir Photography Studio Ltd, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales with company registration number 15728396, whose registered office is at 31 St John St, Leicester LE1 3WL

“The Client” – Any individual, firm, or company engaging with Noir Studio, including any employee or representative of such a firm or company.

Background:
​
A) Noir Studio is the business of providing studio space and engaging in videography and photography services for clients.
​
B) The Client wishes to obtain and Noir Studio wishes to provide the services on the Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:
​
“Noir Studio” – The Noir Photography Studio Ltd, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales with company registration number 15728396, whose registered office is at 31 St John St, Leicester LE1 3WL
“Studio” - This is the space which encompasses the main studio room and the changing room.
SECTION 1 – Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once Noir Studio has received full payment and The Client has received confirmation of this booking.
SECTION 2- Pricing

The Client agrees to pay the price for the Noir Studio, as per the website booking process.
SECTION 3– Booking Time
The Client booking will start and finish according to the agreed hire time. If The Client arrives late, the booking will still end at the scheduled time unless extra time is arranged with Noir Studio, which may incur additional charges. Exiting Noir Studio later than the allocated time will result in a late exit fee of £30.
SECTION 4 – Setup and Takedown Time
The Client agrees that Setup and takedown of anything must be completed within the agreed hire time. If this extends beyond the scheduled end time, a late exit fee of £30 will apply.
SECTION 5 – Studio Condition
The Client is required to leave the Noir Studio in the same condition as when The Client arrived. Noir Studio reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of £30 if additional cleaning is needed, beyond normal wear and tear.
SECTION 6 – Use of Equipment
The hire of Noir Studio includes access to various lighting and equipment. All equipment must be returned to its original condition at the end of the hire period. The client is responsible for any damage or missing equipment, as outlined in Section 7. The equipment belonging to Noir Studio cannot be removed, modified, or used in any way not recommended by the manufacturer without prior written permission.
SECTION 7 – Breakages, Losses, and Damages
The Client is fully responsible for any damage, breakages, or losses that occur during the booking of Noir Studio. Noir Studio will not be held liable for any loss or damage to The Client’s materials, props, or equipment. If any equipment belonging to Noir Studio or any space within the studio is damaged during your session, you will be charged for repair or replacement. The Client must report any damage to a member of Noir Studio staff before leaving. The Client may be charged via their original payment method for repair or replacement costs.
SECTION 8 – Backdrop Wear
Backdrops with excess dirt or damage will incur a charge of £10 per meter.
SECTION 9 – Booking Changes and Cancellations
Booking changes or cancellations must be made according to the following terms:

• Requests made 7 days (168 hours) or more in advance can be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Requests made between 3 to 7 days (72 to 168 hours) in advance may be rescheduled for free or cancelled with a 100% cancellation fee.
• Requests made between 1 to 3 days (24 to 72 hours) in advance can be rescheduled with a 50% rebooking fee or cancelled with a 100% cancellation fee.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If a booking has been rescheduled and the original date has passed, cancellations are not allowed, though Studio credit may reasonably be offered at Noir Studio’s discretion.

SECTION 10 – Noise Levels
The Client must keep noise at a reasonable level to respect neighbouring residents and other Noir Studio occupants. Failure to comply may result in the booking being cancelled without a refund.
SECTION 11- Food and Beverage
The Client must not bring any Hot food or Hot drinks to the Noir Studio premises without prior notification to staff. Alcohol is strictly forbidden at the Noir Studio. Noir Studio reserves the right to refuse bookings or use of the Noir Studio space if Alcohol is brought the studio.
SECTION 12– Termination
Noir Studio reserves the right to terminate any booking if The Client breaches these terms. If a client acts aggressively or disrespectfully towards staff, Noir Studio may immediately cancel the booking and refuse future bookings.
SECTION 13 – Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance to the laws of England and Wales.
